Special Districts, such as Water, Wastewater, and Metropolitan Districts that provide these services to their residents tend to issue a combination of general obligation, revenue, and subordinated revenue bonds during the development of the district.  Projects typically financed include water and wastewater; treatment plants, underground lines-potable and non-potable, water rights, storage rights, and pipelines.

Typically, All American Investment Group ("All American")  underwrites these bonds on a private placement basis, rather than through a publicly offered process that saves time and reduces costs of issuance for the municipal client.  Private placements also allow more flexibility in contract terms since the municipality is usually dealing with one purchaser of the bonds.
